The thing that often weirds me out is no percussion. Like Funeral Doom has glacial percussion, but it’s still there.

Sunn O))) is just all-enveloping noise and distortion. It’s hard to comprehend since there’s not much in the way of structure.

Still, I’m getting better at appreciating it.
