When the seasons change I go through mood shifts that I’ve learned to embrace more as I get older. During fall, I get nostalgic and a little bit sad about aging and the years passing by too quickly.

Lately I have been leaning on nostalgic comforts, playing games I have played the longest… even my coffee is warm every morning instead of iced (spring/summer), I begin to listen to music from my early adulthood… I nest. 🪹
