I did a talk for the central VT Alpha Delta Kappa chapter about technology. I overprepared. I was paid in banana bread. The talk was in a high school library; it ran long and for the first time in my career, I was cut off before finishing. It was a weird scene but I'm glad I did it. I was invited by a librarian trivia pal; we exchanged literally 53 emails getting it set up. I think most people got something out of it. Teaching tech skills and knowledge can be hard.
