Is this akin to the "right turn on red" concept common in the US? (But for bicycles?)
I always get shocked by those (as pedestrian tourist). I don't recall seeing a stop light like this, growing up cycling daily in the Netherlands
Yes, do the research, but also I'm curious if this is a Good Thing (TM) to have, worth it for the greater good after the learning curve, or is it a confusing shortcut with marginal gains? You tell me, maybe in an upcoming video!
