Misogyny has absolutely been an anchor on my career. It's a night and day difference compared to before transition. The number of positions I was pushed into without being ready when my bosses thought I was a man was honestly incredible. Now, it's an uphill battle to even get invited to meetings.

The worst damage is intentional. It comes from men who are intimidated by me lashing out about it.

But a close second comes from other women, just doing habitual patriarchy.
