The main problem I have is establishing what I call the Warm Room. There is a ruined pre-fab home on our property, but it's uninhabitable. (The only thing keeping one from falling through the floor is the carpet.) Effectively there are no buildings there (although there is a well and a septic system, yay!)
So the first thing we need is a shelter to keep warm. Not just a little warm, but at least 27℃ (80℉) because that's what the crayfish and chocolate trees need.
