This an actual joke? The energy doctor? If these people actually knew what insulin resistance is and look at the human outcomes data from high saturated fat diets that drive up ApoB containing lipoproteins which is going to put people on a path to atherosclerosis?
I'm waiting for this Ken bloke to reply to my comments I've made to him before because again, absolutely nothing in terms of evidence, it's usually them talking utter nonsense pretending they know what they're talking about because their egos are too big to question their own beliefs.
