It seems that Primal and Damus work in Russia without VPN. That' good. Though it is too laggy. With VPN, it doesn't get that much better as well.

I'm actually surprised that the internet is terrible. I mean, my students and friends spent a considerable amount of time telling me the internet was great and that everyone else's was shit.
