"content": "Right now there around 18 P2.0 apps listed on Podcast Index. I suspect a handful have already stopped development. Maybe 4 or 5 are actively pushing new features. The PodFund is a wonderful gesture of support but the amounts we are talking about are tiny. We need to get deep pocketed VCs to help us really take on the big 3. However if other hosts also contribute in a meaningful way then we might be able to build up enough runway to sell the concept of Podcasting 2.0",
