I decided to make peanut butter cookies this morning. I didn't pay attention to what I was doing, and ended up with peanut butter cookie batter rather than dough. I don't like to waste food, so I put the batter in a pan and baked it. The result: a sort of peanut butter cake brownie.

Happy accident. 😄
