Had a dream about one abuser, woke up, had "I bet my stalker is at it again" feelings, and deleted my Facebook. It's been 2 days since the dream, and I can't shake the bad brain. Trust issues cranked to maximum. Panicking over finances, realizing I won't be out of debt for years even if I manage to quit smoking.

I want to ask for mutual aid, but I refuse to until I quit. If I accept help, then spend a single cent on cigarettes, I feel like I'll be betraying the people who offered that help.
