This particular arrangement has a fair amount of space and clarity, with generally clean instruments. Different from a bunch of layered distorted guitars lol. I'll try listening for mud tomorrow.
I also haven't done any mixbus compression or limiting yet, so that will change things up too. But I don't know if what I do qualifies as mastering yet!
