The movements in history that have forced change are decentralized movements whereby principled individuals simply disregarded rules, laws and regulations and did what they knew was right and what was in their own self interest. Eventually the authority apparatus becomes overwhelmed and capitulates. I hope to see massive tax refusals on this list of movements someday.
