Universal healthcare is cheaper than the system we have now.
Universal basic income will save hundreds of thousands from grinding poverty and cost almost nothing to the average consumer.
Why do we continuously enrich billionaires at the expense of the working class?
Gun control is racist at its core and frankly, mostly unnecessary if we give people hope that they and their children can live a decent life.
Gay and trans and furry and straight people mostly want to live normal lives and be happy. They want to raise their kids, love their partners, and enjoy a sunset once in a while.
Are there sick twisted people out there? Yup. If they’re straight, sick and twisted, we call them criminals. If they’re gay, trans, furry, whatever, and sick and twisted, they’re still criminals. There’s not a difference.
Color, race, religion, ethnicity, sexuality, gender, dress, ability or disability, does not define a person as good or bad. Their behavior does.
Money is based on genetics, talent, study, and luck. Why do we associate money as “good” people? I’ve met wealthy scumbags, and poor saintly people. And vice versa.
Why do we persist in tribalism based on characteristics that are superficial at best?
Be around people who show actions that benefit themselves and those around them. Be around people of good heart and lovely intentions. Raise your children around people who do not praise cruelty as correct behavior. Love your neighbors and your family. Do something to help those less fortunate than you.
Whether you want to call that Judeo-Christian values, or you want to meet the Buddha at the crossroads and kill him. Whether you believe in $DEITY or not, follow the golden rule.
Treat others as you would want to be treated.
