Today I took Paul's advice (paul (npub130l…6x8t)) and walked my usual route, but in the opposite direction. I saw new things!
The deer were out again this morning, and it struck me that even in this relatively well-developed area, the deer and the squirrels and chipmunks and birds seemed to belong, while we with our roads and buildings and cars were the interlopers. All our man-made things are out of place in the world.
