It's a bit less rosy than the article describes as the local governments and project developers are chewing on the foundations sometimes so I wonder if the whole 4300 hectares will be like this (I think now almost half of it is planned and built). Still rosy enough to be very happy we are able to be part of it.
For us it meant starting a little food forest. Not much food yet as all is still young, but the biodiversity increase is amazing and uplifting!
