One of the major shifts was thinking I needed multiple “outfits” in the wilderness. That was probably the dumbest thing - thinking I needed different clothes for each day. Not a fashion show! I smell; deal with it. 😂
I agree it’s not necessary to buy all new to drop weight. Just figuring out what isn’t required will lighten the load.
