I'm definitely not a doctor bur just a pleb with sober mind. If you're not hooked on coffeine keep it that way. Science promoting coffee as a cure is payed by the coffee lobbyists.
Coffeine is a stimulant. Learn how it works and what it does to your brain and then choose what you think it's good for you not what some payed person said what's good and not.
I expect more of coffee promotions because price of coffee is going up. Consumption is going down and that's a recipe for fake science.
