Do they lack vote counters? Many countries can get it done in a day ... if they don't have enough counters, in a country as large as the US, then it's very clear and obvious to my mind that the establishment is selectively choosing the counters (and so ending up with a much smaller potential subset of counters) in order to favor the establishment's (the oligarchy's) candidates.
