Looking into oat milk it sounds like heating it up changes the texture, the “barista blends” adds palm oil.
Soy milk on the other hand is made with heat, so maybe using that instead of water in the Nespresso is an option - but from the conversation so far it doesn’t sound like people have used anything but water.
