Do you an actual example ? Or are you saying keeping predatory man out of society is what ‘restorative justice’ was suppose to be, I mean the death penalty is a thing in modern society though its used imperfectly.

Im not going to pretend any culture was perfect and had some great justice system because they are all imperfect and indigenous societies had patriarchy too. The text I posted isn’t from a class on capitalisms, its in a psychology book. Exchange of fund’s isn’t really at the center or even relevant. Its claim to help mental health 🤡
