akkoma actually strips metadata by default. u should do it urself instead of trusting a remote instance, but if u don't ur prob ok. metadata is mostly an issue for irl photos. For screenshots, etc. it can sometimes be provide weak evidence of ur desktop (resolution, OS, etc.), but at worst ur linking 2 screens together, not leaking gps coords (which akkoma strips out, but ideally u'd strip metadata urself).
