No apologies necessary. The trial was a good experience, and educational because I had no prior experience with buying future hash contracts and didn't quite understand how it all worked. After the trial I had a much better understanding of the process. The documentation issue issue I raised is more about setting expectations, and ensuring that the user is completely informed about what to expect before committing to the trial. I think addressing that will result in these new users having an overall better experience.
