Minty (Evil arc) (nprofile…qnsg) I don't think it was rushed. There's a lot of foreshadowing that the bad league members are clones. I guarantee they were planning on the bat family either being fine somehow or bringing them back, same with wonderwoman.
But in their rush to push how edgy this game was they forgot how cool it would have been for the real Bruce to step out of the shadows of a back alley right after you supposedly killed him.
