The machine in question isn't compatible with 11. Unclear what chicanery was involved with Intel, but the processors in these HP Elite Desks I've got doesn't do something 11 just can't live without? Whatever. Is Zombie Bill Gates is punishing us for using Windows 10 with this heinous downstream speed?
