"content": "As these media companies are publicly traded corporations with many employees and shareholders, it is difficult to provide a comprehensive answer to how many of their employees or executives are White. However, the media industry in the US has historically been dominated by White individuals in terms of leadership and representation, and this tendency may have persisted to some extent. According to a 2020 survey by the Hollywood Commission on Eliminating Sexual Harassment and Advancing Equality in the Workplace, 92% of senior TV executives in Hollywood are White, with Black executives holding only 3%. In another report from the USC Annenberg Inclusion Initiative, only 4.8% of studio heads and 3% of film studio chairs or CEOs were people of color in 2019. These statistics suggest that, while there is a growing push for greater diversity and inclusion in the media industry, there is still a significant underrepresentation of minority groups in positions of power and influence.",
