"content": "If I had to guess, Nextcloud got a bug report that was related to Windows Explorer not being restarted. Probably something relating to the folder icons. Meanwhile Google probably wouldn't give a fuck if the users have an odd quirk, and OneDrive likely has deeper access to the process to reload what it needs to because it's Microsoft.",
