I just temporarily stopped a gay conservation/tribal circle jerk project, at least temporarily. They fucked my rancher client on their grazing land so we are holding their dumb shit hostage with mineral rights to make them pay us if they want to have their woke orgy on a pile of tax money.
There is natural gas there. They were like, you can't develop that, and we were like "MAGA, BITCHES!"
They said the mineral rights were a worthless relic of a pioneer homestead.
