I'd address these worries but it would be a waste of my time as they have been addressed before already in great detail by others. It's great that you're asking ofcourse, the answers are out there. I've studied the orange beast and all it's related to for ca. 20000 hours now so I know what parts of Bitcoin need to be improved and what parts of it are worthy of critique.
Answering even one of your worries could take me an entire day of writing for an in-depth reply.
