i'm fully on with this now... got the ~200mg boron, ~3-4g potassium, ~5g grey sea salt, 5 drops of lugol's... i had amazing results from iodine in my late 20s, totally reversed my sleep disorder and mood problems, reduced my alcohol consumption, but my liver and kidneys were in much better shape then, now, it's a real struggle to make progress without relapsing somewhere and getting set back to where i was
i know teh iodine has a big influence and Kruse says that iodine is critical to ketogenic metabolism and i also know that when i was fasted i finally experienced my liver waking up and burning fat, like, in a big way, it was almost uncomfortably warm, reduced my level of clothing substantially... but now i'm back to chills and cramps arrargghhhhhhhhH!HH!HH!
