I just want to add that I know some people like to work from home, and don't mind mixing their work life and home life... but making a bright line between when I'm "on" and "off duty" has been the best thing in the world for me. I can really relax when I'm home. And I get MUCH more done at work since I'm focused from when I go in.
If I have a big project I plan to go in a little early or *plan* to stay a little late. It's finite. Then I leave my work computer AT WORK and don't look at my email.
