I had deleted X off my phone from about a year. Brought it back for the Conf. Was even worse than before. I think it is incredibly detrimental mental health in general, or at least it is for what the algo promotes to you if it see “Bitcoin” in your profile or posts. Deleted it again and not planning on looking back.
