Trump is whatever the fuck he thinks will make him money. Whatever he was before, he has no problem at all pandering to the far right for the last 9 years because that got him into the extremely profitable position if president. And those profits are why he did things like promote Goya products from the Oval Office and refuse to return boxes of classified info and cut taxes for the rich.
