I also was searching and found out what exactly nutritional yeast is and it is different than brewer's yeast.

I believe that you guys (vegans etc) must have some tricks to make food tasty and that you use simple ingredients. Nutritonal yeast proved me wrong. It is quite uncommon and complicated. My goal is to use simple ingredients or at least what a common peasant can produce in his/her village 😀. I read how nutritional yeast is made and it is, or seems, too sophisticated.
