Question:
What are Ubuntu-like Linux distributions that are not Ubuntu? And that meet my following requirements.

I liked playing around in Ubuntu. When I did, I was a casual user. I intend to continue being a casual user. I liked Ubuntu as It was visually pleasing. I liked Ubuntu because it was very easy to set up.
I value aesthetics, visually satisfying workspaces makes me feel happy. I like Mac OSX aesthetics. I like Ubuntu Aesthetics

I would like to know what other things are out there, that I can dual boot on a Windows desktop with as much ease as I did Ubuntu. I want it to be cute. I want it to be usable. I do not want to spend years configuring it. I would like it to be simple, and I would like it to be actively maintained.
