Life has been a huge challenge to balance work, life, and physical pain problems as well as my mental health lately. I really hope I can find a better work/life balance going forward in the near future. I didn't plan on living my life this way when I chose to live in Japan. It wasn't like this for 20 years or so, but in the last few years, since covid things have changed and work conditions have been hard.",
