If you can understand why a Black person might feel more comfortable in Brooklyn than in Boise, then you understand why a Black person might feel more comfortable on Twitter than on Mastodon or BlueSky.
If you want more Black people to move to, or stay in Boise... then maybe support the tiny Black community in Boise. Don't just yell, "There are racists on Long Island!" or "Trump is from Queens!" or "Giuliani is a New Yorker!" That won't work.
