Oh that just means similar to Meta's threads they did something they know would violate it or they are being petty over the slowly being pried up open app rules in the EU (which their implementation is honestly malicious compliance as they probably have had lawyers comb it to see if they are "good" but are making it painful and completely not with the intent of the law.
