IIRC there's some rule that it can only be 10% or less of the entire work. So you can have explicit bits, but only a small amount or they'll ban your story. No clue as to what their content policy is on the explicit content itself though, probably the same vague "nothing that's icky!!!" policy every other site seems to use these days.
