Has anyone else ever made salt water taffy? I was just thinking about how I can't believe my parents let me do that, but they were kind of checked out. Anyway you have to insulate your hands with butter (so sad) and pull it like you were making noodles, but it's potentially damagingly hot and sticky and cools fast, so... ah, childhood 😆
