Hours later: Using IntentConfiguration is what's causing the problem. As soon as a widget with that gets instantiated, no more widgets in the app work until a reboot. Made it super fun to track down. Of course works just fine in <= iOS 17.
Guessing its because I'm not using the very latest version of intents, what a pain.
