Why the fuck did I have to study history instead of, I dunno, underwater basket weaving. Now I just feel like a frantic passenger in a car with a map, and a driver who refuses to hear that we're headed straight over a cliff because they don't see it yet.

How are we supposed to keep on keeping on when it feels like reality is fraying at the seams?
