It's weird that the trade-in kit for a 2020 iMac doesn't fit it, isn't it?
I would have to cut bits off the styrofoam supports to fit it in the box. They're sending out a replacement.
The Apple support bot sucks. It even uses keyboard tapping sounds when it's thinking.
