The aroma will torment us over the next four hours, but then--! Brisket soft tacos, with melted cheese, onion, bell pepper, and dollop of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. >drool!< The anticipation is half the joy.
The best part is finding out there's still so much to learn, try, experiment with, and master this late in life. Age can be liberating. 🪷👵🌞
