Actually I forgot about a guy (didn't hire him personally) I had to train and the first night he was with me he went to his car to "take a nap" on his lunch break and didn't come back for hours because he never woke up. I sent him to another department when he finally showed up again because I didn't have time to finish our work AND tell him what to do. I'll never forget how ashamed he obviously was by it all but like come on
