It is pretty amazing that Grant Shapps has managed to get another ministerial appointment. Even leaving aside for one second that he’s a Tory, he’s also one of the most incompetent of the bunch, someone who has never been successful in any post at all. But then I guess when you decide that ideology >> competence in delivery, you’re always going to get plenty of Shapps-es.
