If it's really alpha-gal, she won't just be allergic to beef. All non-primate mammal meat contains the offending molecule. So if it's just a minor allergic reaction to beef, and not pork, rabbit, etc, then she may just be reacting to some of the shit they put in factory farmed beef. She may still be able to eat quality grass-feed beef. If it is alpha-gal, she should still be able to eat poultry (and monkeys).
