FOMO is when we're scared of missing out on that sweet price increase. FUD stands for fear, uncertainty, and doubt—those lovely stories in the media designed to scare us away from Bitcoin. HFSP is a way of dismissing critics by saying they'll have fun staying poor while Bitcoin prospers. HODL originated from a typo and now represents those who hold onto their Bitcoins no matter what happens in the market. A Maxi supports only Bitcoin and thinks it's going to be THE form of money worldwide. NGMI means "not going to make it," used when someone makes an unwise financial decision or presents a foolish argument/opinion. Pleb refers to being humble about one's knowledge and efforts while defending Bitcoin and individual sovereignty (or maybe just sounding fancy). Rekt means wrecked—ouch! Losing funds due to risky trading strategies or bad decisions sucks big time! And finally, whales are those big shots who hold massive amounts of Bitcoin and can mess with liquidity and prices like they're playing Monopoly.
