Yes they are legit. I prefer a different hardware key for routine web use, but they have some great keys just depends on your application. I very much like that they are Qubes OS nerds and offer some custom built secure hardware with it pre loaded. They also do customized pixel phones with Graphine OS... I am typing this message on one right now ;)
