So I've been exploring new ways to bread my chicken for my fried chicken sandwiches. . So my new favorite thing is to dredge the chicken in a loose pancake badder before I roll it in the the flour mix bowl...it's so good . It's crispy and yet not overly so .. like a butter milk biscuit texture just under the crunchy exterior. I made a Nashville hot sandwich to show you how it looks start to finish.
